Make sure you don’t scan anything from user manual casually without technical assistance.
In the user manual , there are few barcodes that need to be scanned
1. Add suffix
2. Then look into symbol table and scan those barcode which you want to add as suffix scan those number barcodes.
3. Then scan save barcode and it will get saved in the memory .
4. Now start scanning few barcodes .
You can restore setting by scanning 3 barcodes on Page 1 i.e, Enter into settings - Restore Settings , Quit settings in user manual and scanner will get reset as before.
Then open notepad , excel or any other software make sure cursor position should be there , start scanning your barcodes.
As you will see all barcodes are appearing on screen.
Check if you have properly plugged in USB connector into laptop or not and if you using desktop PC please connect at the backside and not at the front side..

Go to Working Mode Setting
You can scan “checking mode” barcode
Now scan some your barcodes and as you see on cursor position no barcode is appearing.
3. As you click on “data upload” barcode, all data will get upload on cursor position.
Go to Restore factory setting and scan

Restore Factory Settings
Quit Settings
Reinsert USB dongle then with in 5 sec scan below barcode from manual. One to one barcode
Go to Working Mode Setting
You can scan “checking mode” barcode
Now scan some your barcodes and as you see on cursor position no barcode is appearing .
As you click on “data upload” barcode, all data will get upload on cursor position.

Scan “inventory mode” barcode and start scanning barcodes ,it will automatically stored in memory
Now scan “Upload all data and cleared “ ,and all data got upload on cursor postion .
To be back to normal mode scan “quit inventory “ barcode.
